Account Support Specialist

Job Description: Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Assist with account management tasks, such as updating client information, processing payments, and tracking account activity. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. - Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, filing documents, and maintaining records. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively support clients.

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits. - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
