Job Description:
EMC, a leading technology company in Seattle, Washington, is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and adaptable personality.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts, including managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 2. Assist Account Managers in developing and implementing account strategies to drive revenue growth. 3. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on new products and services. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations. 5. Analyze client data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. 7. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and customer loyalty.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Innovative mindset with the ability to present ideas effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
