Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Autoliv is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional account support to clients, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assist with account management tasks such as order processing, billing, and inventory management - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and persuasion skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
