Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Lyft is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with account management tasks. We are looking for an energetic and reliable individual who possesses strong analytical and planning skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist with account setup and maintenance - Analyze account data and provide insights to improve client satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs - Assist in developing account management strategies - Prepare reports and presentations on account performance - Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer support role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong planning skills
