Account Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Specialist to join our team at DTE Energy in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in managing their accounts and resolving any issues they may encounter. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and escalate issues as needed - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Team player who can collaborate with colleagues across departments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
