Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


Sears Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and account management team in day-to-day operations and customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers - Assist in managing and monitoring client accounts - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Handle inquiries, issues, and escalations from clients and customers - Prepare reports and analysis for account managers - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve targets


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Innovative and creative thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus
