Job Description:


Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with account management tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Assist with account management by updating client information, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Conduct research to gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities - Prepare reports and presentations to highlight key performance metrics and insights for clients - Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support to clients - Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Support the overall success of the account management team through teamwork and collaboration


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Driven and hardworking with a strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service - Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and insights - Effective communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
