Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to work from home in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are independent, motivated, and possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional account support to clients through effective communication and relationship management. 2. Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and documentation. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Resolve any client issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients. 7. Work closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
