Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively, and accurately documenting all customer interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, account inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers. 3. Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and resolution of customer issues. 4. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
