Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Staples is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or issues. 2. Provide product information, prices, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with order placement and tracking. 4. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Utilize strategic planning and innovative problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed sales and service goals set by management. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Strong strategic planning skills and a commitment to innovation. 6. Must be a hardworking individual with a positive attitude. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
