Job Description:
Xerox is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and providing assistance with inquiries or issues - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the company database - Resolving customer complaints or escalating to the appropriate department when necessary - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company - Participating in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Adaptability to changing situations and ability to think critically to solve problems - Driven mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service - Ability to work remotely and maintain a productive work environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, some college education preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer service software
