Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Sanmina is seeking a confident and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions with clients. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of each call. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals. 6. Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 5. Team player with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
