Job Description:
As a Call Center Manager at Delta Air Lines in Dallas, Texas, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the call center team. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and ensure that they provide exceptional service to customers who contact the call center.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Train and mentor call center staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively assist customers. 4. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the call center team. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. 8. Maintain a positive and productive work environment for call center staff.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role. 2. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 3. Creativity and attention to detail as soft skills. 4. Strong communication and leadership skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 8. Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule.
