Job Description - Call Center Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Foot Locker in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time employee at the mid-to-senior level with 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our call center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Managing a team of call center agents and supervisors, including hiring, training, and coaching staff 2. Developing and implementing call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations 3. Monitoring call center performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement 4. Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner 5. Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience and drive business growth 6. Analyzing data and trends to make strategic recommendations for call center operations 7. Maintaining a positive and motivating work environment for all call center employees 8. Ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements at all times


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a call center management role 2. Hardworking and reliable individual with strong leadership skills 3. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficiency in call center software and reporting tools 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
