Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Arrow Electronics is seeking a qualified Call Center Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the call center - Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to meet performance targets - Manage staffing levels to meet service level agreements and KPIs - Analyze call center data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and evaluate call center performance through reporting and metrics - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
