Job Description - Call Center Manager

Ford Motor in Los Angeles, California is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center representatives - Monitor calls to ensure quality and provide feedback for improvement - Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees - Analyze data and metrics to optimize performance and efficiency - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed call center targets


Requirements: - Motivated and independent individual with strong leadership skills - Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Proficient in call center software and Microsoft Office - Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred) - Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
