Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Pfizer is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, including managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and feedback as needed - Monitor call center performance metrics and make strategic decisions to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve call center operations


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong analytical skills and adaptability - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proven track record of driving positive customer outcomes - Experience with call center software and technology
