Call Center Manager

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, with strong people management and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the call center, including managing a team of call center representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and performance goals, providing regular reports to senior management - Train and coach call center representatives to improve their performance and customer service skills - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 6+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Proficiency in call center software and tools
