Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Unum Group is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to work from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center representatives and ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center representatives, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for call center representatives. 7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to call center operations.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 4. Cooperation and persuasion soft skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
