Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Synnex is seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Manager to work from home in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives, providing support and guidance as needed - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as necessary - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service quality - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations - Utilize technology to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions - Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for achieving call center goals and objectives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience managing a call center team, preferably in a remote work environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs - Proficiency in call center software and tools - Ability to work independently and motivate a remote team - Comfortable with a high level of autonomy and decision-making authority
