Job Description:
Cigna is currently seeking a Call Center Manager to work remotely from San Antonio, Texas on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for individuals with 8 years of experience in call center management at the mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance targets - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall team performance, quality of service, and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify trends, make recommendations, and drive continuous improvement - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and address any performance issues - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, resolve customer issues, and optimize the overall customer experience - Implement best practices for call center operations, including workforce management, training, and technology utilization - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in call center management, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting - Energetic and resourceful personality traits, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills to effectively lead and support a diverse team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proficiency in call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
