Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Home Depot is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Collect and input customer data accurately into the system - Provide product recommendations and cross-sell additional items to customers - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Meet and exceed the department's key performance indicators and targets - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient call center operations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred - Independent, resourceful, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong presentation and decision-making skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
