Job Description:
Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a passionate and resourceful Call Center Officer to work from home in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promote products and services - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers to resolve their concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Use provided tools and resources to efficiently handle customer requests and escalate issues as needed - Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve team goals
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and willing to go the extra mile for customers - Resourceful and able to find solutions to complex problems - Must have a quiet home office space with high-speed internet and a reliable computer - Must be a resident of Austin, Texas
