Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and dedicated, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and organization.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or to conduct surveys - Recording customer information accurately in the company database - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
