Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

J.M. Smucker is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience and a strong work ethic. As an Associate Level Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing product information, resolving customer issues, and processing orders.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer orders or resolve issues - Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers - Processing orders accurately and efficiently - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner - Using negotiation and persuasion skills to upsell products and services - Maintaining a positive attitude and remaining resilient in high-pressure situations - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Resilient and driven personality traits - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
