Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Oscar Health is seeking a driven and independent Call Center Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries, providing information on products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or provide additional information. 3. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system. 4. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. 5. Providing information on health insurance plans and benefits to customers. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service. 7. Meeting call handling quotas and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Excellent listening and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. High level of cooperation and decision-making skills. 6. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
