Job Description:
Avnet is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as part of our Associate Level team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: resourceful and adaptable.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information to customers about products and services, as well as assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find solutions that meet their needs. 4. Conduct detailed research to resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system. 6. Meet or exceed KPIs relating to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Personality traits: resourceful and adaptable. 8. Soft skills: negotiation and research.
