Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


MGM Resorts International is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, requests, and issues. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving customer concerns and complaints. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and goals.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage difficult conversations. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. 3. Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Must be driven to succeed and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 6. Previous experience in people management and presentation skills are a plus.
