Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Xcel Energy is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for resourceful and dedicated individuals who possess excellent cooperation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and general information regarding Xcel Energy services - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Accurately document call interactions and follow up with customers as needed - Meet and exceed performance metrics set by the company - Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
