Job Description - Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark, a leading global consumer goods company, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Representative to work remotely from Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general assistance. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on their previous inquiries or purchases. 3. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to accurately and efficiently assist customers. 5. Update customer records and information in the database system. 6. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers' needs. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. 4. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 5. Must be detail-oriented and have a high level of accuracy in data entry. 6. Presentation skills and creativity to engage customers and provide personalized solutions.
