Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

USAA is currently seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is ideal for individuals who are self-starters with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from USAA members seeking assistance with various financial services - Provide personalized and efficient customer service to resolve issues and answer inquiries - Utilize creativity and negotiation skills to find solutions and offer recommendations to meet the needs of members - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times - Document all interactions and update member accounts accurately in our database - Meet and exceed set performance metrics for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Hardworking, motivated, and able to work well under pressure - Creativity and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues and make recommendations - Proficient in using computer systems and software programs
