Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Automation Anywhere is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner - Providing customer support and resolving issues efficiently - Collecting and recording customer information accurately - Performing data entry tasks and updating customer records - Following call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency - Collaborating with team members and various departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively

Requirements: - Proven experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and confident attitude - Strategic planning and project management skills
