Job Description:
XPO Logistics is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center environment and possess a resourceful and driven personality. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls - Provide outstanding customer service to all callers - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions - Present information clearly and effectively to customers - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals - Continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resourceful and driven personality - Strong negotiation and presentation skills
