Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Tech Data is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Entry Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services offered by Tech Data. 3. Address customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software. 8. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
