Job Description:
Simon Property Group is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and confident, with strong communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
