Job Description:
Chesapeake Energy is currently seeking a motivated and confident Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work from home in the Phoenix, Arizona area. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting products and services to potential customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 2. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote Chesapeake Energy's products and services 3. Provide accurate information about Chesapeake Energy's offerings and pricing 4. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis 5. Utilize persuasion and emotional intelligence skills to build rapport with customers and drive sales 6. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer any questions customers may have 8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Motivated and confident personality traits 6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications 8. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
