Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job description:

3M is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time, work from home position at the associate level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general customer service issues - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database - Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed customer service goals - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center environment - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
