Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

As a Remote Chat Support Assistant at SAP, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information and assistance. You will also be responsible for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
