Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Tesoro in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the necessary skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through the chat platform to provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and complaints. 2. Utilize strategic planning to address customer needs in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve customer concerns. 4. Maintain a high level of confidence and resilience when dealing with challenging situations. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and resilient personality traits to handle various customer interactions. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve efficiently. 5. Proficient in using chat platforms and CRM systems.
