Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to work from home in San Jose, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other customer service tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency with chat support software and tools - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Experience in the home improvement or tools industry is a plus
