Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Ro, a leading telehealth company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a motivated Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through chat channels, assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to address customer needs and concerns with empathy and understanding. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships. - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. - Prior experience working in a customer service or support role is highly preferred. - Proficiency with chat support platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
