Chat Support Associate

Frontier Communications is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize creativity and innovation to effectively address customer needs and provide a positive support experience. 3. Use resourcefulness to gather information and resolve customer concerns efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and report recurring issues to management. 6. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest process enhancements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful personality traits and confidence in communication with customers. 2. Strong soft skills, including creativity and innovation, to effectively problem solve and provide top-notch customer support. 3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new information quickly. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently. 6. Experience with customer service or chat support is preferred but not required.
