Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Parker-Hannifin Corporation, a global leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking a talented Chat Support Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time associate at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 6. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer experience. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a relevant field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Resilient and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 5. Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Excellent presentation skills for communicating with customers. 7. Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
