Job Description - Chat Support Manager


Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark is seeking a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance and coaching as needed - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement improvements to ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and implement best practices for chat support operations - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer service - Ensure all chat support agents are trained on company products and policies - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues with the chat support platform - Regularly review chat transcripts to identify opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 5 years of experience in chat support or customer service management - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and chat support software - Hardworking and dedicated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
