Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

CBS is seeking a dedicated and energetic Chat Support Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support channels. 2. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed responses to customers.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. No previous experience required - training will be provided. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and address customer needs. 4. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. 5. Hardworking and energetic personality. 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 7. Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office suite.
