Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Bank of America Corp. is looking for a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing chat support to our customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and accurate manner - Provide information about products and services offered by the bank - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to online banking, account management, and more - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to think critically and research solutions to customer problems - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Proficiency in using chat support software and online banking platforms - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
