Plains GP Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and motivated, with a creative and persuasive approach to problem-solving and customer interactions.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve processes - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and software
