Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Univar is seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through online chat services. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via online chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset for teamwork - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
