Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Officer to join our team at Baxter International. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Charlotte, North Carolina, US. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance targets for quality and productivity

Requirements: - Hardworking and confident individual with strong communication skills - Ability to make quick and effective decisions and persuade customers when necessary - Experience in customer service or support roles preferred - Proficiency in CRM systems and chat support platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
