Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team at Northwestern Mutual in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and reliable, as well as the soft skills of creativity and teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication channels - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and reliable personality traits - Creativity and teamwork as soft skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in typing and using chat communication platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
